Oxford Summer School - February 2017 - Oxford, United Kingdom - Visiting expert for the Retail Masters students 'Melting Pot Challenge'. Regular event for Andrew and a great opportunity to discuss multi-channel retailing with retailers large and small. m-transactions and Consumer Spending Forum - February 2017. Andrew is running a forum for IMRG. The forum is discussing with retailers how payments are joining the online and offline shopper together; tokenisation helping deliver a single customer view; using payments to create a seamless shopping experience; helping customers choose the appropriate payment type depending on channel and payment functionality (credit, deferred payment and bank to bank).

B2B Online Europe - Andrew McClelland chaired this event which addressed a wide range of issues and opportunities in the B2B space. Of particular interest were the discussions around content, catalogue management and adapting to fast changing customer needs.
